David Beckham Retiers from Profesional Soccer

PARIS - world superstar David Beckham has finally announced his decision to resign from the world he made his name, football. Becks, greeting the 38-year-old man, retired after the Ligue 1 title offered for French club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

As reported by Goal, the husband of Victoria Adams will officially announce his retirement at the end of the season. The decision was taken after he rejected a contract extension from the owner of PSG, Nasser Al-Khelaifi.

Beckham is a great player at Manchester United where his name became known worldwide. Captained England for several years, he had time to strengthen Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, AC Milan to PSG. The free-kick specialist has been nominated as the world's best player in 1999 and 2001, but only named the runner-up.
