mates in stitches and in wonder.
The crucial information to know on the video below, and that the Portuguese left-sided player was unaware of, was that Coentrao was NOT part of Jose Mourinho's squad for the visit to Espanyol.
So, when Coentrao arrived on the Real Madrid bench, Iker Caillas and Karim Benzema gave him a funny look before the Spanish goalkeeper explained to that he was not part of the squad.
Coentrao looked embarrassed as Casillas explained that he had to go sit in the stands, before walking past Aitor Karanka and Jose Mourinho who also had a good laugh at the mistake from the former Benfica man.
The icing on the cake is Cristiano Ronaldo taking his place on the bench, signifying to Casillas and Benzema that Coentrao is a few cards short of a full deck.
